Tualatin Valley Water District

In December of 2001, Hennebery Eddy Architects completed a comprehensive master plan for the Tualatin Valley Water District headquarters and operations facility in Beaverton, Oregon. A cohesive design for the entire project was created eliminating the patchwork quality that resulted from multiple additions and remodels that occurred since the original 1976 design. Upon completion of the Master Plan, we were selected to provide design services for the subsequent expansion/addition. The $5.7 million project includes the comprehensive renovation of 25,000 square feet of existing facilities including exterior building skin rehabilitation; the addition of 7,800 square feet of new offices and Emergency Operations Center; and a new 7,700 square foot Field Operations Stores building.

  • The project attained LEED® Silver Certification in 2005.
