Hennebery Eddy Architects, Inc. designed this new 19,800 square foot headquarters building for Lorentz Bruun Construction in Southeast Portland. The four-story, steel-framed building includes parking on the ground floor, three floors of offices and a rooftop terrace capturing dramatic downtown views. The facade features a pre-finished metal panel system, ground-face masonry block, an aluminum curtain wall system, steel channel canopies, and sunshade devices. The contemporary design utilizes materials found throughout the industrial/railroad neighborhood and assembles them using carefully refined details.
