The design draws upon wineries and local seed farming as a source of inspiration combining wood from used wine barrels with the warm overtones of red wine and oak to create an elegant, yet comfortable place to enjoy dinner in central Oregon. The program includes a dining area, full-service kitchen, a bar, restrooms, entry area, and circulation space to the building lobby.
