Sophias View Townhomes and Condominiums

Sophias View is situated on a steeply sloping site in the Macadam Plan District of Southwest Portland with views of Mount Hood, St. Helens and the Willamette River. The project features eight condominium flat units and seven condominium townhouse units. The townhouses are stepped on the sloping site to capture the commanding views of Mount Hood and the river. The condominium flats building offers views of St. Helens and downtown Portland.

The urban architecture is comprised of cedar, stucco, metal panel and metal mesh screening. Glazing is utilized to capture views while securing privacy between units.
