The three-story 15,000 sf mixed-use project consists of two floors of commercial office space over ground floor retail and restaurant space. The brick façade at the commercial floors continues the vernacular language of historic eastern Oregon small downtowns. The thoughtfully detailed brick is a Flemish bond with varied brick texture, and other coursing at specific architectural elements. Steel canopies provide pedestrian protection at the sidewalk, which was widened to 12’ to enhance the walk-ability of downtown.
